Maturity Meters
Con-Cure maturity meters are housed
in a protective case. Meters are programmable to allow user-selectable measurement
intervals, with a 5 minute interval as default. Once programmed with site-specific data,
the meters are activated in the field instantly when a maturity sensor is plugged in.
Simultaneous ambient and concrete temperature recording by default. ±0.1°C accuracy.
Pre-calibrated. Over 5-years battery life in continuous use. (ZoneCure® meters
operate on 2 easy-to-replace C-cell batteries. Approx. 30 week life at full usage) All
meters can only be used with CMT software and sensors.

CMT Software
Con-Cure CMT Software to calculate and report concrete strengths
based on ASTM C1074, with secure logon and 3 permission levels for administrative control.
See Technical Manual for full details. Prints full-color graphs of temperature history,
cumulative Time/Temperature Factor (TTF), and strength estimate based on Equivalent Age
calculation. Variable parameters include Datum Temperature, Activation Constant, and
Specified Temperature. Bi-directional download cable is included. Also includes first
year of maintenance.
